Support Worker (Adult Learning Disabilities)

Hours: Full time hours available (37.5 hrs)

Location: Rowan Court, Holmfirth (HD9 3TQ)

Salary: £12.81/hr

At Rowan Court, within Hollybank Trust, we support young people and adults with complex disabilities to live safe, fulfilled and meaningful lives. Join our dedicated team and help create a fun, caring, and supportive environment for our residents while ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the day

Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court can accommodate fifteen adults in en-suite rooms. Set across three floors, the people who live here share communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens. The views from the two balconies are breath-taking and it's just a short walk into the centre of Holmfirth.

What We're Looking For

A genuine commitment to supporting adults with complex disabilities
A caring, patient, and respectful approach
Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff
Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential
