Sales Executive — Remote UK | £2k–£5k/month OTE, Uncapped

SoftSync-AI is an AI automation agency that builds systems for UK service businesses — trades, gyms, clinics, hospitality, estate agents. Our software handles calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and sends follow-ups so business owners stop losing money to missed enquiries. We're growing fast and we need a sharp sales executive to ring UK service businesses and book demos with our team.

The work is simple: cold outbound calls, qualify the business, book a demo. We handle the closing.

The honest version — read this before you apply

100% commission, self-employed contractor (you'll need a UK UTR — HMRC self-employed registration)
Realistic earning range: £2,000 – £5,000/month, completely uncapped — depends on your volume and how many of your bookings actually show
Target: 100 outbound calls per week when you're working
60-day clawback if a client cancels (rare, but it happens — fair warning)
Monday–Thursday, 35+ hours/week, fully remote, you set your own schedule
No base salary. No holiday pay. No sick pay. This is for people who want commission upside, not a fixed wage.

You're a good fit if you:

Have done outbound calling before — B2B sales, recruitment, SaaS, fitness, double-glazing, alarms, energy, anything where you've dialled cold and booked appointments
Speak clear, confident English with strong phone presence
Are comfortable with rejection and getting back on the dial
Have your own laptop, phone, headset, and reliable internet
Are based in the UK
Want to be paid for results, not for showing up
