Role Outline
As a Resource Planner with Health Partners, you will play a key role in organising and delivering our occupational health services on a national scale. Working remotely, you will be responsible for planning site visits, allocating resources, and creating efficient schedules to meet client needs. You will liaise directly with customers and their coordinators, ensuring schedules are completed on time, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain seamless service delivery.
You will also manage escalated cases, working closely with clinical and case management teams to ensure records are updated and follow-up actions are scheduled appropriately.
This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
What you’ll be doing
Scheduling
-
Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation, in turn ensuring best value to our customer’s needs

Allocation of resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal

Supporting our customers via phone and email – planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules for our customers completion.

Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules and escalating where those are not filling to expected levels.

Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff

Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements

Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions
Case Management

Coordination of escalated cases returned by our screening staffs including;

Liaising with our case management and clinical teams

Updating records in accordance with the escalation outcome and scheduling of any actions
Compliance and Governance
