Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
Maintain accurate data entry records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Utilise strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Support multilingual communication needs by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as required.

Skills

Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.
Strong phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
Ability to analyse information effectively and provide suitable solutions swiftly.
Demonstrated upselling capabilities to promote products or services naturally during interactions.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
