What is the best part of working at the company?
Variety of work to be done and staff are friendly and helpful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Production manager was moved to different area of the business. Prior to his move stress levels, pressure and anxiety was really bad. Since his move things have improved a lot, however, there is the fear that he will return.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
In production the area is always clean and tidy.  The culture could do with improving a bit.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Varies from morning to afternoon and day to day, impossible to say.

I also helped out in production and distribution when needed
Management was a delight, very inspirational and pleasant, with brilliant minds and intelligent onward thinking. 
Co-workers were friendly and helpful, a total delight.
The hardest part was when they closed the shop and moved the offices to the Horringtons. 
The most enjoyable part was the atmosphere, products and ambience.

The team members are always ready to help each other out. The work is varied and requires excellent attention to detail. Although can be very hot during the summer months. Management lack the necessary skills and experience to effectively manage the team. The production manager especially has a negative attitude towards his staff and is never happy. There is always a sense of dread when he comes into production wondering what's going to happen now.

I have worked at arcania for more than 18 months, I enjoy my job and have seen the company grow and succeed. Having said that, the production manager is arrogant, ignorant and quite frankly rude. There has been a small turn over of staff, if it wasn't for him, many would have stayed. The team is friendly and helpful, the work is varied. There is opportunities to improve your skills and with that comes more money.

Bleeding fingers after 8 hours of liding, every day 
Untrustworthy people and management,. 
The whole company is a mess. 
They don't care about the individuals working there, all they care about  is money
If you complain about your fingers bleeding you will get fired.
Management don't have a clue how to effective run the production 

Extremely toxic environment. 
Business has lost its soul due to attempt to go corporate and a lot of staff have left as a result.
Leadership are incompetent and don’t care about the environment or ethical treatment of staff who they treat with contempt and blame for the catastrophe currently taking place.
 It’s not going to improve. Avoid.

Toxic enviroment.

They like to rotate staff with false promises of employment.
Team leaders don't know to run the production.

Fast working place the team was very helpful and everyone is like family to me lean different working time shift I will definitely go back if the wages is a bit better 

good for students or first job/summer job. interesting people to work with. small company so don't expect corporate benefits, speedy career or management working by the book. lets say its fun place to work

Not very nice place to work. Very boring, nobody listens to you, management is only interested in making money, team is not very helpful and there is no progression opportunity.
