What is the best part of working at the company?
The company cares about you as a person they let you grow and I have achieved a lot of things while working for this company brilliant I love working for Avalon 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Avalon is a cleaning company we get a lot off sickness and we can't always get cover on site as we don't have enough people but we always manage to. This can stress you out you just pick yourself up and get on with it. There is always help in the office if you need it

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very busy but very fulfilling at the same time

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Early morning starts long days no rest and late nights. But I enjoy it

My co workers were great and I was happy to go into work everyday. We never got any complaints on the cleaning, but when the managers visited, they would tell us we are not doing a good job and put us down. There was no reward or acknowledgment for our hard work. For that hard work, our wages were not all paid to us. It got extreme to the point where we had to email the company about this and demand for it.

I don't have any issues with the working life of this company. Maybe the pay could be better, the supervisors could actually stay put in the company and perhaps the office staff (certain ones) wouldn't call you and force you into covering jobs for them even if you've called in sick. The other cleaners I have met never speak to certain people and always talk to the people they know. The most enjoyable is that you get left alone and you're not required to talk to management other than when you need something.

Very unprofessional company when it comes to new starters, area manager/Supervisor tuning up 45mins late without even calling or sending a text is not the right attitude to have especially when staff members including the headmistress asks if they have turned up yet and your response is no... Not a good look when your company is starting the new cleaning contract.

Enjoyable job and very flexible. Lovely management, they would always listen to queries and be happy to help, and were also very understanding to personal issues.
