Management shout and swear at staff all the time. If you're not one of their favourites then good luck. They are unreasonable and unapproachable and have no compassion.

Agency workers are given all the worst and hardest jobs, whilst the favourite permanent staff get to stand around and talk.

About half the working hours are spent cleaning. They have a "hygiene" team but they force the production team to clean instead, whilst they take extra breaks in the canteen. Many areas you are forced to clean are not accessible - you will be expected the climb over dangerous machinery and crawl on your hands and knees under it too. Its very hazardous, with sharp parts sticking out all over and not enough room to move properly.

The "production shoes" you are made to wear are horrendously uncomfortable. They feel like walking with a block of concrete stuck to the underneath of your foot for 12 hours a day. You are not allowed to purchase and wear your own safety boots.

They make people redundant regularly, end up short staffed and then need to hire agency workers again, rinse and repeat. It is made very clear that your job is not secure here.

It's all good until they expect you to do a key operative job yet don't want to promote you to it so you get payed for what you're doing.

You hafto work overtime it's not as much of a choice as they make it seem and you're bank Holidays and Christmas ect you hafto use your holidays or you won't get payed. 

They want to look good but aren't good to simply put it. Bioust, they show favoritism towards scertain supervisors that should have been sacked a very long time ago. 

Some people I will really really miss some not so much but it is what it is.

If you're not a dog or a robot that will make them frustrated so unless you wanna run yourself down every day stay away, they will not care. I promise. 

Work hard don’t get rewarded or respected.

Go in shut up and do your job. Don’t offer ideas or expect basic rights as management do not like that.

If you’re a favourite person expect to get away with doing whatever you want. If your not expect to be treated like a dog.

The shift managers have a sense of Entitlement and power way above their own worth and behaviour like school children in decision making.

The regular staff are all amazing people who deserve better.

 Expected to stand on line all day waiting for a breakdown very little training if any  work revolves around stripping lines down and reassembling  management won’t back you  if you make a mistake make  a couple and your gone your skills will go rapidly backwards as the job is extremely boring  the pay is a lot better than a few yrs back as basically no one wants to work there due to their reputation 

One of the most toxic places to Work management are absolutely useless and Line coordinators stab everybody in the back. Everything gets investigated even if we go to break for too long they offer free pizza which is as greasy as a kids slip and slide , the pay is decent for what you do but health and safety is absolutely non-existent and you raise anything and they just don’t look into it and that is not going to change do yourself a favour and avoid .

Don’t do it to yourself not a great place to work the amount of different cultures there is unbelievable 34  different Nationalities and counting makes communication impossible at times .
Plenty of work there and overtime if you want it but depending on your daily job you might not want too breaks are as the supervisor feel like there doing you a favour.

Place is a shambles from top to bottom, dont know if the place will run from one day to the next  Management are mostly eastern european who have no idea how to treat people The work is crushingly boring with long hours .most of staff are disinterested  maint staff are mostly clueless probably  due to high turn over of staff the better ones leave after a few months .

Forget what you may have heard about the 'Easibake' as this absolutely no longer applies!

The work is typical of a food manufacturing plant. Bama are a very people centric organisation which make them stand out from the rest. There is a lot going on and times are moving rapidly here to shed the reputation of  the Easibake brand, where team members are 100% committed to success and are the most welcoming team you could hope to meet.


 most disorganized place ever no body has a clue whets going on leads to frustrated staff huge turn over of  people job is easy but very boring  managers  blame anyone to get them selves out of any problems machinery constantly breaks down they say there a family people orientated company  laughable




If you want be a sclave,is the perfect place.,no free pizza,after 6 hours first break.
Management from Poland,who don't speach much English.
working 12 hours without stopping.
