(Good) Shifts 4on 4off weekly rotation rostered system. Pay OK. But should be way above national living wage. Following other business examples

Recommended by other corporations or and the national living wage foundation small business don't pay the recommended level or other benefits when join don't get told until ask staff or not in writing from management busy times require security throughout the year or shutdown periods/holidays only get same  rate throughout the year. No benefits to the staff that work hard or are required to work these days. All staff benefits need to be in writing when joining 
Holiday Pay/Bank Holidays I never got this all information asked for but nothing is set in stone which needs to be everyone!

Good Things and Bad. 
All security corporations small or big. All empolyed staff get same benefits by law/ not by law. Lots of industry works! work hard but don't get the benefits that come with the job. To which big companys give out. All UK security company should be equal 
but not in this case

Quality not Quantity should pay more.

I was employed to project manage the implementation of a new CCTV monitoring centre for a small independent security company.
Rewriting assignment instructions in preparation for submission to Approved Contractor Scheme. Drafting Operations Manual for the CCTV monitoring. Compiling Risk Assessments for the Companies ACS Submission.  
Company could not sustain this position as the Monitoring Centre will not be available for a number of months due to the delay in  equipment not being ordered at this time.

Toxic company. Just avoid it if you can. Don’t believe the lies about you get a company car because you don’t, you get to use a clapped out corsa that isn’t safe whilst your on shift and most time the tank is empty and they expect you to fill it up. The management team are bare faced liners and bully’s! The only people that like working for benchmark are the people who are “off the books” so they don’t pay tax. It’s time is running out!!!!!!!

Don't try to point out this companies issues with vehicles or anything else, you will be met with hostility! 

God forbid something goes wrong you will be blamed! 

You try to talk with management they don't listen unless your in that clique. 

Great company with great staff, you get well looked after lots of overtime available if you want it. There is a gym on site at the head office for all to use free of charge.
