I started at Breathe 5 years ago, it was a career change for me. At that point there were 8 employees. Over the last 5 years I have seen Breathe grow to 40 employees and Breathe has given me the opportunities to grow myself. I have held 3 different positions in my time here and each time have been given the support and knowledge to advance to the next level of my career. My typical day at Breathe is fast paced, we work hard as it is fast growing business, however it is made fun by the people employed and the Leadership team. 

We have a fantastic culture which has been nurtured over the past 5 years, the leadership team are open with us about most things and value our opinions and feedback. We have regular get togethers whether it be a lunch to celebrate an achievement, a breakfast to talk about mental health and wellbeing or beers on a Friday evening everybody is welcome. We are encouraged and allowed time to grow ourselves and to take on challenges that take us out of our comfort zone. 

All in all it is a great place to work and everybody that joins is given a really warm welcome and instantly feels part of the team.

I have been with Breathe for almost 3 years and have never been made to feel such a valued member of a team. 
Being part of Breathe has helped me grow personally and professionally as encouraged by our leadership team.

Every day is enjoyable, the expectation from our leadership team is very high. However, when you love the environment that you are in and enjoy your job this expectation becomes a natural achievement.

The best part of my role is having the opportunity to be part of the customers journey. Our customers are very important to us and I have the pleasure of supporting them.

The company culture is embedded in the heart of Breathe. This has evolved over the years and is something that is honorable to be part of. There are regular gatherings which include wellbeing, milestone's achieved, mental health talks and social events.

I've been at Breathe for just over 3 months now and it's easily the best company I've ever worked for. 

In the short time I've been here it is so clear that the company are rapidly growing. Everyone is treated equally and it's so nice to be able to come to work and genuinely look forward to it.

The management team really care about every single individual whether or not you're in their specific team and they try to make sure they can help you to the best of their ability. Breathe always look to promote staff internally which allows us to grow with company.  

The culture is fantastic and we regular have team lunches and socials after work. 

I honestly can't say that I dislike anything about working for Breathe, the best thing I've done was moving to Breathe and I've never looked back once.

I've been a member of the Breathe team for just over 3 months and have been welcomed into an environment where employees are respected in a way I personally have never experienced before.  This approach really brings out the very best in the team, a team who work hard because they want to and the results are shown in the company's success and great reputation.

After being at Breathe for almost 4 months, I can quite happily and easily say this is best job I've had and I no longer dread going to work in the morning.

The people are fantastic and I've learnt more in the last few months than I've learnt in years in other jobs. 

As an employee, you're trusted to work remotely and given the time you need to grow and develop. The feedback of every single colleague matters, whether you've been here for years or just a few weeks.

Breathe really looks after it's employees and I look forward to a long future in the company.

Nice company to work for although it has gone downhill since it was acquired and the founding CEO left.  Lots of the team stayed though who are a good bunch.
