Started as a maintenance man within a week noticed ex shocking work to all 3 building electric always going off when it rains water floods bedrooms foul waste being overflowing throw toilets in to bedrooms with clients in shocking smell my side hand got a electric shock due to poor maintenance throw out the building staff shouting swearing shocking place to work only lasted 3 month deffo wouldn’t be putting my family in church farm care poor poor poor very very poor shocking maintenance management don’t know anything 

I have worked in health care for several years and this is by far the best home I have worked in.  The team were very supportive and friendly, really great atmosphere, i was really impressed with their electronic care plan system which was easy to use, I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a job in care, all the training was free, they look for people that have a good caring heart which is nice.  In the end I moved house so had to leave as it was too far but I miss working there.

I worked on and off for over 3 years. The Team are very supportive its a fast paced quick changing home. The company are as good as any  that I've worked for in the private sector. The culture is a strong one very client focused. Hardest part for me personally was keeping up when I became a bank Nurse. That was no reflection on the home. Most enjoyable part being involved with a great team at night.

From interview to commencing I felt looked after. They have a buddy scheme that helps you settle into your job.  All the homes have a family feel and the residents are really loved and looked after 

DBS is paid for by the company, paid in house training, wage advances if needed. P

The workplace culture is very positive and works on supporting employees and developing confidence, there is strong leadership and direction, with consistent growth, and opportunities for progression within the company. 

Care staff hardworking and supportive of each other just to many agencies in there who’s English is extremely poor, nice environment to work meal on shift etc 

Love my job, love the company, I've done care for years and never worked with such high staff numbers. Everyone very approachable, management always keen to listen to you with concerns and make changes where needed. 

Always under staffed, Often putting residents and members of staff at risk, no support from management, very stressful place to work , residents attacking staff with no procedure put in place 

Challenging and rewarding place to work, meet some amazing characters as residents and staff. Off job training was fairly basic, on the job training was better.

You will not be listened to and often concerns are not heard. Not a bad place if you like busy, fast paced environment, however the ethos is not amazing.
