What is the best part of working at the company?
Good pay, no weekend work. Regular breaks.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The people are really not very nice and you don't get any support whatsoever.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile, they bullied me out of a job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sit at a desk and input random numbers, manager passes all of the jobs they can't be bothered with down to you.

A good company with a positive work culture and a strong focus on work-life balance. The people are supportive, and leadership values employees and their contributions. Training opportunities are improving, and there’s a real effort to develop and support staff. Overall, a good place to work with a great team.

There is a great working environment in this organisation. Continued support from employees and good culture. Efforts and achievements are recognised, creating a motivated and engaged workforce. 

As helpdesk administrator. You need to be very focused and multitasking at every minute. Very fast paced and stressful at times. Needs to be very organised and confident in scheduling jobs for many engineers. For me it was around 17 engineers. 

Emtec Group is a great employer that encourages a good work-life balance and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are supported and encouraged  to progress in their careers. 

Management treat employees like children.

They do not stand up for their employees.

They wxpect you to work late and weekends to finish a contract on time and go in the huff if you dont.

Good work life balance. You are expected to be pro active and take the lead. Can be quite busy at times but you do also get quite periods. Overall enjoyable working environment 

The company is breaking Electrical Installation rules.the management run the Aberdeenshire contract from Glasgow and only appear one day a week if you are lucky.

Too many bosses stay in the Glasgow office and you never see them no support or help from management, no sick pay low salaries now wouldn't recommend to anyone.
