Varied and productive with a lot of different people and places to look after.
Team skills and working with different people in a very team focused but supportive environment. 
The management are Proactive and supportive towards all employees over many different parts of the college.  
Proactive and supportive with a strong supportive staff atmosphere. 
Physically demanding but that is the mature of the task focused job and your working in nature with fresh air and exercise 
Working in nature 

It is a very well paid job. 
If you have a family it s great. 

The new contract it's apoling. 
You are very and I mean very lonely all the time. Almost every day it s a new house. 
There is no space / time to know your own environment.   

Knowledge of the polish language is a plus. The vast majority of team leaders is from Poland. And if you are one of them, you get treated differently. 

Money wise, it's amazing for cleaning where is already clean. 

It s a very secured work place. During lock down got paid 100%.

The long holidays were a huge bonus

Not being appreciated for working extremely hard

One word describes the management “toxic”

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unappreciated hard work often forgoing a break

I had the opportunity to work at Eton College, I joined the team working on cricket, Football and rugby pitches. I also did other jobs around the site and was shown the health and safety needed for the task’s
The team trusted me on some equipment i.e. the Roller (for cricket), mower and other machines.

I learnt how to work around children and it was a very good experience it taught me many skills suck as communications and trusting one another as the children had to trust me to teach them and look after them

Started off as a lifeguard for about 8 months and then was promoted to to sports facilities assistant, I’ve enjoyed this role as I get to see and learn more about the college itself rather than just being on poolside 

Job not hard to do, just people hard to coup with, nice and paid time off, good benefits pension etc...lots of personal financial protection offered from school. Would recommend it to any young parents.

A nice place to work for. Enjoyed my time at the place. Working there helped my job progression. I enjoyed benefits that came with the place. They always helped me when needed.

The management was so but and they kicked the employees out of the work..And they want you in less hours to do a job of 20 hours.Unexplainable .
The holidays was very good but the money was less

Fantastic experience working at Eton college I would recommend anyone to apply if a vacancy arrises. All staff and management are professional and look after one another. overall I enjoyed my time working there.
