The work environment is demanding and very rewarding with a great commission structure. the training is tailored to your personality and performance with managers taking the time to understand what motivates you and ways in which you can perform the best. I have been with the business just under 4 years, I have had my fair share of ups and downs but due to the hard work I put in I now head up my own g2 Office in Cardiff.

Not many companies would be willing to give so many great career prospects.

The hours are long and the work is hard but I would highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to go above and beyond!



Targets are being set really high but is expected in a sales environment. the professional atmosphere is non-existent. racist or sexist remarks can often be heard in the office.  manager is micromanaging everyone, even if they have a team leader. 
they tend to go out quite a lot which could be fun is they weren't nose deep in the coke.

You will be expected to perform to a high standard, but that's what everyone is here to do and you're influenced by everyone else constantly wanting to be successful. It's hard work, but with a great commission scheme and incentives such as the lunches the work you put in is definitely rewarded and makes you feel appreciated.

When issues arose they were very helpful and went out of their way to find a resolution in a very short space of time.

Insightful to the life of work and also the recruitment sector. Started off very strong but a few implications along the way led a few people astray. Good culture within the office.

Very competitive environment. If your are not willing to work hard, don't bother applying. A lot of resilience needed, especially at the start. Great rewards and incentives to earn.
