Honestly this has got to be one of the worst experience I have had working. Management is clueless and lazy. Shifts both personal tasks to workers. They're aggressive to staff, and they have no boundaries for a healthy home life nor respect for workers rights. They will call you whenever it suits them & overwork you.
Departments are a blur, who does what no one really knows. 
Sales reps not only deals with sales but a trillion other things on the side.

I could go on but i'd just save time and just say don't work here. 

They expect  you to work 12-14 hours a day but they pay less than min wages no overtime pay etc. There’s no way to make career In this company. So amateur and unprofessional people. They have no idea about sales or sales person. Management team needs to learn how to manage people rather than drive Mercedes and treating people like slaves. Most of people who works there working under Ankara Agreement!!! Sales people don’t even able speak English at all. 

A Typical day at work.
I am coming around 7:00 at the morning preparing the  tea and coffee corner. After that we start making lunch with the Chef. We are preparing lunch for 60 people. After that washing the dishes, and starting again to prepare the tea&coffee corner. I learned to be more discipline, to do my work better and quicker. 
The hardest part of the job when we serving the people for Lunch, every body is on a hurry that`s why I have to be as quicker as possible.

Gima Ltd is a great company who wants to get following skills buying,  transportation, warehousing, stock keeping and negotiation. Hardest things is learn hundreds of product features but at the same time best part of the job.

Their managers are unprofessional with no university degree they are just managers to be manager. They have no manners rude and disrespectful towards their employees. I regret to work there even it was only for a couple of months. I do not recommend at all!

Ridiculous place to work for with narssist and egoistic management. If they see that you’re doing well at your job, they will start ignoring you and absolutely make sure you’re very unhappy

When you have a car accident and want to go to hospital to get checked. You can get sacked very easily ! Do not go to hospital if u have an accident while u work with this company carry on working until you die.

Unfortunalty i moved away from london so no longer kept my job.
But was the best job i every had
