Pick up the children from their home drop them at the school. in the after noon pick them up from the school drop them at home.
I learned how to look after special need children and how to keep their routine, communicate with them.
GS plus got a nice work culture every one in the office are ready to help.
working with children a very rewarding job I really enjoy my work we have a lot of fun in cub in our way to school and coming home.

I enjoyed the job and its responsibilities; position has no real security as it was term time only, and a lot of favouritism was shown to some members of staff, especially towards those that had partners working there, and didn't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending way by the line managers.

Please do not say you was'nt warned!!! The Management Team are all clingy and support each other even wen wrong, there also all at it with each other even though they are all married, they do not practice good ethic in the work place and treat the staff poorly, minimum training and then expect you to do the rest!!!  Stay clear....

In my post I dealt with special needs SEN security cleaning catering and Human resources DSE at work and Covid 19 
I was always supported by my peers and had the full support of over 200 staff 

I have to open up the kitchen, ensure the meals are ready on time and serve the children their lunches, close the kitchen at the end of the day and make sure the ordering is up to date

No major issues at all its just I have done what I set out to do. Great bunch of people and especially the operations team who have taken on 43% more work since the re organisation with no ill effects to clients of standards.

Friendly company, varied job, polite people, nice canteen, Health & Safety conscious, easy to get to, shops & park in local area.
Career progression in certain areas, Good social life, full PPE provided

started at 7am every morning and collect service user from home and take to the day centre and then pick them up at 15.30pm and take them home. i learn that i was very caring and helpful within this job role

Working as a sales assistant in my recent role was a dynamic and rewarding experience. My primary responsibilities included assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the shop floor was presentable.

The top management not very often seen, which is a negative.
Line manager very helpful for there staff, always willing to jump in and help.
The company on the whole is a decent place to work.
