Several people including myself have been picked on by parts staff and a few have had to go off due to mental health because of it, management don’t care even when pushed to actually do something they don’t and trying to raise issues is pointless as lower management stop you before you get the chance

every day its different .Managment its very helpful and very familiar so friendly everyone .Work culture its high recommendation .The most enjoyable part of the job is challenging you self and contacting with you college .

high turnover of fitter staff and even employs car techs to work on HGV'S how safe would you feel , poor management suppresses the workshop moral ,if your face don't fit you will be turfed out or bullied, think twice before you go for this , you will be promised the world before you start and after the honeymoon period a divorce.

Checking finance documents. Running Co./Personal searches. Paying out dealers. Looking after the Area Sales Managers. Raising settlement letters. 
Small team of 2 which can be hard when one team member is away.  
Job satisfaction when all tasks are done for the day in a timely correct manner.

An extremely stressful environment with no support from management. In fighting from colleagues and no acceptance of failures. 
Actual job does not match job description, and is likely to change your contract without your knowledge.

Diminishing UK business. The company has lost most of its Key Account Vehicle customers, The market share and vehicle sales structure are failing and as a result the aftersales functions are also reducing.

Challenging rewarding work. Every day is different and presents new questions and challenges. Management is appalling. HR have the reputation of being the worst in the country. Colleagues make this a nice place to work.

upper management was shocking as in steering the helm of the project they were trying to achieve and instead of leading and initiating cost measures to help the work force instead the hindered .
very very poor state of affairs

Dont waste you time working here pay is always incorrect and pressure is at a max, constantly being shouted and screamed at (most staff ex mod) and receive no support your expected to be a master tech the day you start
