Excellent. Healthy work environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mornings are a bit busier than the rest of the day. After breakfast it’s alot peaceful and quiet. A lot of engaging and fun activities for the residents too!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Staff so friendly.  Different physical along with mental health conditions . 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Staff sickness . Poor pay for the job you did

Environment was always clean . Diverse culture. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Usual day for a nurse . Varied job

I’ve never in my life worked for such an incompetent company that only believes in making more money, all staff are totally worn out, management only care about themselves. it’s totally shocking, be aware it’s not worth your reputation to be seen working here.

Care home work is much the same in every home. Difference here is there are people that have worked here 20 years plus. Have good and bad days. Benefits include hotel and food discount in all cairn group hotels and restaurants.
