A morning meeting is the first step to sort any incoming enquiries from prospective clients. If there is no new work to assess then progress can be made with existing jobs. A site visit may be a priority and possibly a presentation of any feasibility studies that have been completed. The existing management has changed over the last 3 years or so and the people at the top are a lot younger, (the older generation having retired), personally I got on well with the management, though focussed in work, every piece of input was appreciated. The most difficult part of the job was ensuring all facets of a project were considered, planned and accounted for. The most enjoyable part was getting the estimate correct, (proved on completion).

Enjoyed working for Ledwood Mechanical Engineering, Management and Supervision were excellent and experienced, tradesmen were very good and preformed their work in a professional manner.

I enjoyed working at ledwoods there are some lovely people working there. The contracts are always well planned and thought out and we'll equited for the job
