Where do I start, running you into the ground ? Leaving you stranded at delivery points with no hours left ? Or all the kit that is long past needing replacing ? On top of this pay is extremely poor as is the management i drove for these for a number of years and still was treated like dirt avoid like the plague.

I have worked at lockwood haulage quite a while now. Work is fairly easy and management are quite laid back and let you get on with your work. Some of the trucks and trailers are quite old but they also have a lot of new ones. The only thing that lets this company down is the pay.

Left out overnight with no driving hours countless times.
Traffic team haven’t a clue on route timings or driving hours and will lean on you and bully you into un achievable timings.
Trucks are unsafe and falling apart.
NEW DRIVERS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They pay you just over 10 per hour driving class one, they run you to death,the warehousing is poorly run and you struggle every morning to get a good trailer as all the trailers have seen better days
