I worked for a short time in some of Monica Vinader's stores, in particular in one of the worst in terms of structure, unfortunately.
Not all shops are the same, some have good staff rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, where you can have a decent lunch break, as should be usual. Other stores, do not have an acceptable staff room, office or bathroom, leaving the team in truly paradoxical situations (in sales periods when there are many in the shop working, you are forced to eat even sitting on the floor of attached to the bathroom , without the chance of warming up food or drinking something hot in the cold seasons, the company, on the other hand, does not provide meal vouchers to those who do not have a staff room available) which are not acceptable, in my opinion in a London of 2020 in a company that sells jewelry.
Another flaw is that private and not events are often organized in shops, therefore management and sales assistants must, in addition to selling, act as waiters and door openers.
The brand sells well, they have very often sales, has quality products and an excellent costume service.
Employee discounts are very good.
Training and communication are not always effective. 
The pay is low compared to competitors and for the responsibilities and duties, however I find it to be an excellent part time or temporary job. 
Long standing hours even if 15 minutes of break are mentioned by contract (which I have never done personally)
My experience despite the not entirely positive notes was good, I worked with a wonderful team and a well-prepared management, always ready to help out with sales and till operations.
It is certainly a company with great potential which I hope will develop at its best for the trained and competent people who work there.

My work week as a part time employee at Monica Vinader was 4 days a week. Each day was more or less the same - unpacking jewellery, quality checking, entering data into the system and then packing it for storage. For me this was the most enjoyable part of the job as we were allowed to listen to our own music or podcasts which made the repetitive tasks quite relaxing. The company also provided free snacks during breaks and occasionally brought in food trucks to provide free lunches. Overall the office environment was very relaxed and friendly.

Could be a better place  to work. Managers could be nicer. Don't hope to be included in anything the full time staff plan as they don't seem to like part time staff. You don't get much help from full time staff you get shown something once and are expected to get it. You are also expected to hit the daily targets the second week of being there. The target goals in my mind are set too high and they seem to have different targets for different people depending on who the manager likes. If you do decide to work there. Watch out for number 1

The culture could be dynamic and fashion-forward, emphasizing teamwork and precision in crafting high-quality jewelry.

Hardest Part:
Meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment might be challenging.

Most Enjoyable:
Interacting with beautiful jewelry, being part of a creative process, and contributing to the success of a renowned brand could be highly rewarding.

Had great time with the company and enjoyed my time here with some colleagues. While facing meetings with HR they are really NOT supportive and the whole management for discipline meetings is a mess. No investigation would be taken if anything went wrong in human management. Generally speaking it was quite disappointing. 

Such an amazing company to work, great benefits paid food vans twice a week and occasionally coffee carts.
Lots of opportunities for advancement and lots of training available.
Amazing environment, friendly and fun with a great atmosphere.

In my time as a temp I learned many new skills & different ways of working. Management will always listen & help. Covid-19 rules in place & upheld. If asked I would go back.

• Processing between 30-60 purchases invoices and credit notes into Sage 200.
• Accounting for the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices. 
• Assisting with month end process in the accounts payable team
• Assisting with payment runs 
• Providing supporting documentation for audits

Great for those who love beautiful jewellery and fast-paced communication, helping clients get the best possible service at all levels.  Training provided, great facilities on-site and many rewards for permanent employees.

Tho I was temp for 6 months, these guys were great, great people, awesome location
Shame they relocating otherwise I think I would have joined permanent 
The only downside for me is the pay is quite naff, that maybe cos I was temp
