What is the best part of working at the company?
Staff are overworked, agency staff are not supported by the management, the welfare of the staff, is not considered. Receptionist is very rude, the school looks very good in the brochure, but most of the task/lessons for the students, are very irrelevant, and photos of them actually doing the tasks, give a very different impression. Staff are told to take pictures with props, then told to write that the students worked independently which is not the case. There's a lot of favouritism with the permanent staff. Staff are always leaving

No support for agency staff, staff are overworked, to the point that they often miss lunch breaks, poor pay

Stressful! Agency staff are treated like slaves, and given all the undesirable task

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Varies, from baby sitting, to having to tackle challenging behaviour. You hardly get any downtime to relieve stress
