During my time at Orlebar Brown either the staff in customer service didn’t turn up due to one specific terrible manager. (He spent no time at the office and all at but when he did cause utter chaos) no staff members liked him hence everyone leaving within 2 months of me being at the company. The manager under him was fantastic. The training is beyond slow so you will be stuck doing mundane awful boring tasks. 

The sample sale was great lots of benifits. It’s a shame because the work colleagues where fantastic and all the other departments so welcoming. It’s just a specific manager that is really ruining a fantastic company. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good opportunity for progression. Staff sales were also a nice perk.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management and lack of stock available. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Personally I found it to be a very toxic environment. Concerns were raised and not heard. We were also understaffed

Arrive to an open friendly welcome from the Directors and other employees, then a quick brief on today's tasks from the manager and straight into work after grabbing a tea/coffee/water.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful and would rather be pestered with questions to produce the best possible outcome.

Like most young brands, OB is still distilling its voice, however product, quality and customers are unparalleled with other luxury fashion brands

Fun environment, lots of responsibility and support from leadership team.

Fast paced and keeps you on your toes but lots of experience and steep learning curve. High growth business so fast paced and not for the faint-hearted.

it was fun working for Orlebar Brown. Management is very friendly and the entire company feels like a happy place. The clientele is usually really polite and friendly.
Some organization issues

The brand is fantastic and the product is well made and super cool. The business is ran in a way that makes everybody approachable and communicated feedback accessible.

My colleagues are friendly, and the pay is reasonable. 
The benefit is on top of the average that luxury retail can offer. 
However, the company's support needs improvement.
