What is the best part of working at the company?
Found PH a great place to work. Looked after their staff even with little things like arrange time out or sending ice cream vans round to site during hot days. 
Colleagues and Management all took time to get to know me and showed appreciation for how I worked. 
I would highly recommend PH to anyone looking for work. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being in Primary care is a stressful job. There is no hiding that. But I found it was how well staff looked after each other that helped to get through those days. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
as in all places of work, there can be some people that try to go against the culture of the workplace. This can cause the working environment to feel a bit tough. Colleagues and management work hard together to try and change, and in some cases, remove, what can be causing the workplace to be a bad environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy, fun, hard but very rewarding

There is no career progression at all, there is a consistent workload with management not doing certain things to make it easier for they just want to know about numbers they don't care about anything else.  There is no reviews and barely any contact with others. There is no advancement or opportunities to develop as advertised to me. The culture is terrible i did not find my colleges friendly at all and in an interview with the CEO I did not find him welcoming at all in fact he was quite rude. The most enjoyable part was expanding my knowledge of medical departments however i would not say there is much focus on ensuring the workload remains low when you are on holiday for example so you end up coming back to more work, due to their being not enough staff considering they have like 5 sites. no communication about new things that may be happening work conditions have no AC and barely heating.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Over worked, under paid. Not appreciated or valued.
Having only 20 days annual leave and no proper sick pay. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The central management team are only focused on generating money. They do not care about their staff. They only want boxes to be ticked. They have no empathy or compassion.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful. As you constantly feel like you are being micro managed and under scrutiny. There is only so much a person can do but you are always expected to do more.

Management treat you like slaves/robots. They don’t care about you and your mental health, you’ll end up burning out. Forced to take calls for 4 sites while being short-staffed. Work environment isn’t optimal either, no sun and very dusty, you’ll wind up falling ill more frequently.

They only care about stats and numbers, they treat their patients like figures. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are looking to work at a place that cares both for their employees and patients. Management only care about having more money in their pockets. Run away from this place. 

Salary is not that competitive but they accept pharmacists with no GP experience. The induction was not done properly though, it was so quick so you need to figure out most of the processes as you go along. Staff in the GP practice are friendly and helpful.

terrible , poor management , lack of progression, stressful as the directors just cared about money , do not bother , all stress left to reception staff to deal with while management just eat 

Toxic culture, no place for development, okay to start career in primary care there but not long term. Salary is not great and can get much better salaries for less pressured job somewhere else

Supportive team, offering the ability to work autonomously within a structured environment. Decent benefits package and options for progress, internal vacancies come up fairly regularly.
