My advise to anyone do not work for this company they that you like rubbish

Everything from the work to the management constantly blaming you for everything no respect just spoken to like your nothing

Disgusting very poor managed place with the impression they help local people get a job. over worked . Under paid

Never ending nightmare wish that you should of got a different job you feel mentally fatigued

Different parts of Pembrokeshire

Working with people who don't speak Welsh or English

Very friendly boss charlie was polite would of liked to of swapped job roles from cutting cauliflower to driving tractors .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Didn't enjoy the rain waterproofs wasnt the best but wasnt end of world and never gave use sun cream or water

Good location, money, uniform, staff perks at Christmas, voucher. Good hours. Early start, early ish finish. Produces good food. Expanding company. Secure access. Good parking. Pension scheme. Canteen space.

Working in Maintenance, is a very good working environment 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
12 hrs  per day shifts can be stressful,with that also pressure to get the job done quickly 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working environment is good,also the culture is.also ok

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Usually 6 am starts,until 6pm Finnish,this can be sometimes longer when orders are big,which can be very stessful

It is a OK job if you are going to stay there for 4-6 months. Things got a little crazy the last few years. High targets and wild supervisors. Even tough I am Bulgarian I hated to work with Bulgarian team leader...those guys were always rushing which on the long term f*cks you up. The HR was very kind. Her name was Jane and I she has helped me out lots of times.

The job is physically demanding but you adjust to it fairly quickly. Other than that, the day goes quite quickly and you don't even have to speak to anyone if you don't want to. You can just turn up, clock in and get started. I had no issues with management and colleagues were pleasant. 

Floor manager mainly had a bad attitude. Only give me 1 day compassionate leave after the loss of my father. Knowing that my home town where I last lived is a 100 miles away.

give fire marshal training, all managers responsible, caring about your opinion, fast resolve problems in work, friendly colleagues. the most enjoyable part they make work parties, changing the presents at Christmas

I worked here for a long time and saw the company evolution. Good atmosphere friendly teams.  Employee perks and gifts. 

HR manager is fantastic at her job and really helped me in times of need 

There are many members of management that will tell you to do something for you to then be told not to do it by another member of management 
   They would expect you to work around the clock and would constantly change the rota, Sometimes with just days notice.
