I worked for Red Rock recruitment on a temp basis, this was extended beyond the origin 12 weeks to ongoing. However, after 6 months someone decided that we no longer needed but didn’t tell us what was going on, just decided to get rid of us. 

Equipment shared making what you can work on challenging. No proper training given. Thrown in and expected to just learn from other stuff with their own busy workloads

Management unsure of how to run a business (not the owner- he knows his stuff) very high staff turnover. Never felt like my job was safe and payday was a nightmare because money could go in at anytime.

It was horrible 
They don’t treat everyone same 
And don’t pay u full pay to 
They don’t respect any other county person and would never listen to anyone to.

Not good place to work. Poor management and a lot of pressure. I don't recommend anyone to work here. Probably one the worst company to work with..... 

Redrock is only interested in milking employee. They cancel your shift regularly and deny you your paid holiday. I wont recommend the company even for any one

I needed a job and they provided me with one. Worked there for about a year - no complaints. Good for temporary work when needed. Wage could be higher.
