Colleagues are very too faced so they like to gossip instead of actually do there job . Hence why they are never out the telegraph

Management of admin and company directly made me feel Victimised for following their instructions despite them
Previously advising me to do so. Bullying culture from top levels of management with a facade of caring for mental and physical health. Horrible place to work and grow a career. Stay away if you have any illusions of career advancement as you need to be friends or family with upper management to do so.

The job was terrible due to the management and culture. Often bullying and no chance of progression unless you are one of the elite group. The hardest part of the job is getting any help, support in times of need and a lack of honesty. I cannot believe I gave  the amount of effort I did for a company that cared so little when I needed them. 

River Clyde Homes is a company in need of stability.  Currently undergoing its fourth restructure in under 6 years and its fourth chief executive in under 6 years staff crave a settled and structured environment in which to work and carry out their duties to their tenants.

I was here for work experience in 2015. It was a typical 9-5 job, mainly to do with admin work. There is a more practical side of the job which entails going to houses and making sure the property was up to RCH standard and the giving back to the community day was the most enjoyable.

Very supportive company to work for. Management is excellent and senior management love to get to know their new recruits.

Team work was fantastic, everyone willing to help. work life balance was excellent with flexi time.

Absolute fabulous people but the management is challenging.  An ethos has been adopted that is not all productive and is very difficult to work within.

out working with other employees constant on the go with a positive attitude towards the whole experience. although not fully employed would happily return

Great company to work for, very well balanced work life. Can be stressful but only due to volume of work but the challenges of the work are deeply rewarding.
