Most colleagues are great, office staff were horrible, especially they senior ones, they play games with you.

They over work you, they are happy for you to double up on your shifts (am & pm) work from 6am-10pm 7 days a week. If you don’t cover a shift that they ask you to cover due to prior engagements or family commitments, they stop all your shifts and make you suffer until they get desperate and need you again, and they always do end up needing you.

Wages were never correct, every week I had to thoroughly go through my payslip (hours, miles, etc). Every week it was between £30-£95 short. Don’t get me wrong they would always pay the difference owed but why should you have to do that. I wasn’t being paid to do payroll!

I’ve worked for this company now close to a year. I’m so glad when I was asked from previous working colleagues from my old job to help, who have been there longer., I was asked to climb the ladder, after a few months, because there’s great opportunities in this company for all. Everyone has helped me excell my capabilities and love my position in the company. 
I’m with people in the office, carers, service users,  and training new and current carers to the highest standard. Excellent appraisals all due to the support this company has given me. The office staff, all our carers, and our lovely service users are so kind to me, Feel privileged to work there.
My aim is to see this company reach high goals, of which they deserve to do this

What is the best part of working at the company?
I loved working with Secure because they train the employees effectively to come out with the best for our client satisfaction.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I don’t find it stressful working with Secure since everything needed for work are available all the time especially PPE.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and always approachable,in times of going for training or for PPE the office staffs welcome you warmly irrespective of your background.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good ,always a happy soul when at and comes out excited from clients house all the time.

I have worked for a few complex care companies and then came to Secure, I can honestly say I have never felt so supported or welcomed in any role I have worked in prior to this job. 
The office staff work very hard and are very supportive and welcoming. 
This is a company that will continue to progress in the future and I’m looking forward to not only being part of this journey but to also see the end goal 
It’s great to work for a company that believe in nurturing the staff and taking the time to train the team to being the best that they can. 
The clients are at the heart of everything they believe in, it’s refreshing to see such focus and dedication.

Started working for secure health care august 2020 middle of the pandemic. They were very accommodating and friendly making me feel comfortable and part of the team from the beginning. I started here as a community care assistant and have recently progressed to a field care supervisor. There is definitely opportunity to grow within this company, the staff are professional and welcoming, the management do their best to help you grow and progress and get shifts to fit around your availability and the clients are amazing. Best company I have worked for in a while. 

This company has restored my faith in the care sector, a hard working office team who go above and beyond to ensure that all service users and staff have a positive experience.
This is a company that genuinely cares and will do all that is in their abilities to meet the needs of not only the service users but staff too.
They take a none judgemental approach to complaints and work alongside you to solve any matters that may arise.
Staff are shadowed in on shifts and assessed to be competent before having to take a lead role in any care and all mandatory training is available 
Best company I have worked for in all 15 years I have worked in the care sector.

When you start everyone nice they call you basically every  day to cover a shift. Only nice to you when you actually do pick up the shift. They lie a lot. Confused bunch of people in that office. No one is helpful. Take ages to pay you. When you leave they try take every penny off you and you every excuse they can to not pay you. Then they’re stop giving you shifts saying there’s no work when you still see they post job post, in other words shacking you LOL. Not worth it at all waste of time you don’t get lid for training. Don’t get paid for meet and greets either so you have to invest in the company only for them to not give you work. 

I applied for this job because I have a good experience in complex care. The whole process took  almost 2 months. The interview was great and the way the give training is wonderful compared to other companys, after I done all training and application Form I was expecting to star job straight away but they did  not give me any shift and I had to work weekends.if I have to continue with the company I was so disappointed wasting my time my energy everything so I had to apply another job after the wasted my time. I don’t recommended this company at all. If they don’t have work they shouldn’t interview on geni trainings, so horrible.

Management- The management here are inexperienced, no people skills and the business itself has a high staff turnover. 

Work Culture / Office - Office morale is horrendous, vaping and shouting in the office, no work culture or policies in place. Staff are spoken rudely too and so many staff are let go on the spot. Very unprofessional environment. 

Training - No training provided, when seeking help, rude and sarcastic answers are given. 

Workload - You’re given other departments workload with no increase in pay / bonus. 


Worked with Secure Healthcare for nearly 6 months, and it has been a fantastic experience so far.

Friendly and helpful environment to settle in, every member of staff works extremely hard to ensure quality care is received by our service users and the team are a significant part to support with growing the business.

Personally, I have developed some great experience and skills to apply within my role.
