I look back with fond memories at my time working with Taff. I believe it to be a rewarding atmosphere and good experience. I left my full-time position to pursue my Social Work studies. Yet, out of all my previous employments I believe I enjoyed working with Taff most of all. It was a shame to leave if I'm honest, but at the same time the right thing to do given my pursuing of higher education.

The work culture is great and I found the project staff and management supportive and friendly. The job can undoubtedly by challenging but I do feel the company value their staff. 

For the work I do not believe we were grossly underpaid. I feel the pay was somewhat competitive, though it could have been better for Project Assistants. The pay divide was somewhat evident and there can be a lack of overtime hours at certain times of the year.  The pension contributions mind and other perks make up for this - for example, the company have your back if you are on long-term sick or if any issues arise within your personal life, etc.

I think the only criticism I have was the lack of opportunities to progress within the company and the degree of nepotism I witnessed.

Overall though, I'd recommend Taff to anyone seeking to work here. They are a good organisation and good to their staff.

Nothing lucky for me they let me get on with what needs to be done.

Great all mixed but seem to all get on

Every day is different as long as you get the job done all good

I have never felt the need to write a positive review about a employer previously however Taff treat employees excellent. Taff allows a great flexible work/life balance for family life. There are many benefits of working for Taff including generous leave, health insurance etc. Working for Taff you really are all part of one team, it's such a positive place to work.

It was a rewarding career and the residents whilst at times were challenging to work with were actually the best part of the job. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you can make a real difference in people’s lives. Unfortunately the management wasn’t great and there wasn’t a lot of support from colleagues. They were a bit cliquey. 

Great place to work, lovely workforce and management. Staff wellbeing is high priority, with team building and happiness a priority. The only downside of working is the hours in the hostel are not great as no consistency which can be hard if you have a young family.

Supportive leadership team that had an open door policy.

Team ethics were fantastic among team members. Management at all levels poor. Lack of leadership, communication, trust. All reactive and not proactive, no forward planning. No inter departmental communication

I Volunteered for Taff housing for 3 months in 2017. Very friendly work place! I Enjoyed my volunteer experience with Taff housing association would definitely recommend

it was boring.The business was too strict for my liking I got taking out ther business for going on facebook in my lunch is that fair? because i think that was unfair practice.
