Unfortunately your voice is taken away if you work here. You have to be positive and any concerns voiced you are shouted down and told that you are being negative. As a result any feedback you give means you are treated like the disruptive one for ever more.
Think Stepford wives and the culture of this place will become apparent. Not valued, not trusted and treated as a resource. Steer clear unless management finally get the point that a happy workforce is a productive one. Micro-management, treated like 10 year old school children and no benefits other than your salary at the end of the month.

Ex employee discrimination goes on here management are a joke no people skills what so ever dont work here worst decision of my life i made to work here tell you a pack of lies and blame you for almost anything pays bad so is the place dont answer calls at lawley half the time employ kids and students management staff are a joke and give you no support treated like dirt  

Busy, some people are nice, some people aren’t, sometimes the job is very pressuring as people’s health is in your hands. Some staff are so lovely. I enjoy the admin the most, the hardest part is dealing with angry patients who sometimes shout and get angry with me, sometimes get personal.

New Management do not have people skills and does not take on board your comments. Morale is low .micromanaged.

Why do people keep leaving ?? In the past 6 months 6 people left because of this person

Great place to work and a good lot of people to work with. Management could probably be a bit better a but overall a good place to work. Get to work at different sites so not stuck at one site all the time.
