My day to day tasks involved using the computers provided and their packages to write letters, produce spreadsheets or produce any other documents as requested by my supervisor or colleagues. Also I interacted with contractors either externally via the phone, or internally in a face to face manner in order to request any repairs that are necessary within the college premises to be carried out. Another part of my duties involved assisting with the Estates helpdesk, a system used to log all faults and requests made by the other members of the college, and then organize for said faults to be repaired or requests fulfilled. My position requires me to be friendly and co-operative to anyone we might be dealing with inside or outside the college, and to be part of an already well established team to help and assist each other as necessary, I found these skills to be invaluable in any workplace.

i enjoyed my time at west College Scotland - Clydebank Campus, i studied Engineering and learned things i never knew before i started.

in the workshops we were required to work well within an group and work well on our own too, we were expected to carry out the task given to us weather it has been explained verbally or it had been written instructions. When we had finished the tasks, we were expected to tidy the work shop and leave it as it looked when we entered it. 

The most enjoyable part of my course at West College Scotland Clydebank must have been when i had carefully created a Replica part of a Royal Aircraft Carrier Ship.

Only work partime in mornings 5 days . Very busy filling the machines with paper. Printing the jobs in the work trays the work on the e-mails, binding sometimes if books are to big to staple on-line they have to be done manually, The job envolves binding guillotineing , laminating dealing with lecturers. Phoneing for Engineers and ordering consumbles
for all machines. Its a very nice enviroment to work in and you are always
on the go from the movement you start until you finish. Which I prefere and would not have it any other way. The Lecturers and very nice and everybody gets on well.

What is the best part of working at the company?
the students and the.cafe staff 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No training no support for line managers 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
not friendly thought the odd person lovely most not 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
go on find room get on with work . “colleagues  “ had own desks as a base in staff room - not a privilege extended to temps . So no real way to integrate . Staff included in christmas lunch - not if you are a temp .

The role was a two year contract where I would be working alongside two other colleagues to main a high standard of organisation to the sport faculty which consisted of three classrooms, large sport-hall , gym, and fitness room. I also delivered sporting events such as, Fitness classes, Disability inclusion classes, Nutrition classes, and various other sporting classes. The contract was never available for renewal and was only on a temporary basis

a typical day at college was down in the garage learning about cars and how to fix them, I learned alot of stuff to do with cars like change brake pads,Check Tyre tred ect  .. There was about 8 of us in the class and i communicated well and got on with them all as i didn't know anyone. The most enjoyable part of the course was being in the workshop and getting a hands on experience.

I worked West College on a temporary basis for 8 weeks. It's a great place to work with friendly people and a happy environment. Work was responsible but not overly demanding and the remuneration was excellent. If I had had the opportunity to remain, I would have and if I ever get the opportunity to return, I will.

I enjoyed it very much as im interested and really want to persue a career in care , the staff are really nice and very helpful and i beleive they do everything to help students in every way , this has been the second time iv attended this college and hope to be there again inethe next few weeks

Staff were great catering an the cafe part to the girl were fantastic
Lecturer's went above and beyond great place for learning. 
Learning something new and bonding with people using is a great reward hats off to all he teach it and practice it everyday.

This was an amazing place to work and the only reason i left was because of relocating to be nearer family. The college was amazing with the situation amd always strived to help staff.
