I worked for WPC for about a year and half before moving on for a new opportunity. It was a great place to work, the team was lovely and management supportive and I felt recognised and valued as a staff member. Pay rate was excellent along with milage rates and the fact they now offer an MOT as a benefit is an added bonus. 

I always felt listened to and respected and on-call was always to hand when needed. I like the fact that you were gauranteed hours even if they had none to offer you and also the fact that you saw regular clients which meant you were able to build good relationships with them. 

I had never worked in social care before but received good training, including shadowing other carers and having supervised visits until I felt confident. West Park Care is a great team with high standards, lovely colleagues and managers, who really care. Permanent contracts and paid travel, among other job benefits, plus good promotion prospects. Split shifts can be tiring but they do their best to accommodate our needs. A great place to work!

I have had a very positive experience with west park care they operate differently to other companies I have worked for. They offer proper permanent contracts of employment, I have a good rota with fair hours and I see the same clients almost every week. The culture and atmosphere is good and management understand the challenges and have experienced the job themselves. They are a big step up from other places I’ve worked 

I have worked for care companies in the past that offer 'guaranteed hours' but it is basically zero-hours. With this role I am paid my salary every month plus any over time so have no worry about my pay being less. The hours are good and the rota is done fairly. I am really happy

I really like working for west park care. It’s different to where i have worked previously. Here I get to see the same clients regularly, I’m on a permanent contract, the rota is released in advance so I know who I’m seeing and when, which makes work much more enjoyable and better for the clients. 

West Park enabled me to develop and learn key skills for my career progression. Really good job description and supervisor role gave me endless opportunities. Thankful for the time I had there and the staff support. Highly recommend. 

I loved my time at West Park Care. The security of a permanent contract and advanced notice of rotas really helped me work around my young family. 
We moved down south last year but if we returned to Yorkshire then I would love to be part of that team again 

Westpark really help you to settle in. The work homelife ratio is excellent. The staff are all welcoming. Our clients are all lovely to work with. Westpark make you feel right at home
