Information

Location: Brighouse

Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm OR Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

Salary: Negotiable

Main Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate aluminium and uPVC windows & doors.
Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and CAD files.
Ensure all components are produced to the highest standard, with minimal waste.
Monitor production processes and carry out quality control checks.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and the production planning team to ensure workflow efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Brighouse. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating manufacturing machinery, with great attention to detail and a passion for precision manufacturing. You’ll play a critical part in the fabrication of high-quality uPVC windows, using state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:

Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with fenestration products (windows, doors, etc.).
Basic mechanical and technical problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good understanding of Safe Systems of Work.
Experience with Shirmer and Stuga or similar CNC systems would be an advantage.
Forklift licence or other factory equipment training would also be desirable.
