Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a part-time Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment. This energetic position involves performing thorough cleaning duties across various holiday lets & commercial spaces, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact through your dedication and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly to uphold sanitation standards
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested

Experience

Prior experience in holiday lets & commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining hygiene standards
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts

Pay: £17.00 per hour
