Full job description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a kind and caring nature to guide our students through their vocational studies. If you enjoy baking bread, grooming a horse or building a brick wall then working at Moulton College may be the career path for you.

Through supporting our students as they develop skills in academic and practical lessons you will receive huge Job satisfaction and work in a role where the classroom is predominantly outdoors. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the campus while you work.

We have various part time roles available on an hourly paid basis, working 3 - 5 days per week, please specify your availability in your application form.

Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 24 August 2026.

Your duties

You will:

Work with highly skilled tutors in various courses such as Construction, Animal Welfare and Foundation Learning.
Support students with their educational needs to ensure they succeed and reach their full potential in their chosen course.
Guide and offer support to students during their learning at the College.
