Full job description

Are you looking for a role where you can combine sales with customer service and admin?

Do you love talking to people and have great attention to detail?

We are Move Your Spa, and we have spent the last decade becoming the biggest name in the business of moving hot tubs.

We are growing at a serious pace and we need a high energy, organised, and confident person to join our small, friendly team at our Nottingham (NG6) office.

If you're the kind of person who has a genuine "just get sh*t done" attitude, then you might be exactly who we are looking for.

The Role:

This is not your average, repetitive sales & admin role.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Connection: You will respond to enquiries via phone and email, using our CRM to keep every detail tidy and every customer happy, following up to try and get the booking.
Logistics: You will use Google Maps to plan efficient routes for our engineers, making sure we are working as smart as possible. You will liaise with customers to get photos and videos of their sites, assessing exactly we need for a successful move.
Mastering the Diary: You will handle bookings and manage our schedule to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What Is In It For You?

We value hard work and we believe in rewarding it properly.

The Pay: A £25,000 basic salary plus a monthly bonus based on number of jobs booked, and upsells of packages to customers. You can earn approximately an extra £2000 - £2500 a year, but the bonus isn't capped.
The Perks: Commission on up-selling, free on-site parking, and a brilliant friends and family discount on hot tubs.
The Hours: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (9-5) with alternate Saturdays (10-3). When you work a Saturday, you get the Friday off to ensure you still get your downtime.

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
