Full job description

Are you looking for that next step in your career?

We're seeking a full-time trainee manager to enhance our Durham team.

With a schedule of 40 hours spread across 5 days per week and a starting salary of £27,000 with a rise once training is complete.

As a manager, you'll take charge, actively engaging in tasks such as food preparation, operating the till, handling delivery orders, working on our soon to be open bar and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dining areas. After a short training period, you will ultimately take on full responsibility of the unit, alongside the unit general manager and during his absence. Your role will involve maintaining top-notch standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the venue, while also motivating your team to provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service.

What will I do

· Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction.

· Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.

· Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive manager.

· Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are a must.
