RHS Garden Wisley is one of the UK’s most visited and loved gardens — and we’re looking for a creative, insight‑driven Garden Marketing & PR Manager to lead our regional marketing and PR activity, grow audience engagement, and champion the RHS brand locally.

If you’re passionate about delivering standout campaigns, shaping audience strategy and driving visitation for a world‑class visitor attraction, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

Overview of the Role:

Delivering the annual marketing & regional PR plan to drive paying adult visits to RHS Wisley.
Leading paid media planning and execution across key seasonal periods.
Developing targeted, insight‑led marketing activity to reach new and diverse audiences.
Managing the RHS Wisley marketing budget and identifying growth opportunities.
Growing RHS Wisley’s social media presence and generating compelling PR stories.
Acting as the onsite lead for all marketing & PR activity, collaborating with Public Programming, Curatorial and Visitor Services teams.
Enhancing digital content and customer experience across RHS platforms.

What you’ll bring:

Strong B2C marketing communications experience (tourism, hospitality or visitor attractions ideal).
Proven experience delivering paid media campaigns and generating press coverage.
Analytical mindset with curiosity about consumer behaviour and media consumption.
Excellent copywriting, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident working independently.
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable: Enthusiasm for gardening (expert knowledge not required).
