This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing quality client care and ensuring the smooth coordination of domiciliary care services and supporting the business to grow. - Coordinate and manage client care services
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits
- Communicate with healthcare providers, client, and their families to ensure continuity of care
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding healthcare services and resources

```Requirements```
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting or similar role in an expanding business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology
