Event Manager – Thursday Nights (XOYO)

Location: London, XOYO

Salary: Set Rate - £300pw | Uber home paid for

Bonus: Earned weekly - Scaled cash bonus depending on targets met per week.

Reports to: Marketing and Events Manager

Hours: 10 hours throughout the week & Thursday Nights (10pm -3am) | 15 hours total.

Start date: Immediately

Role Overview

We’re launching a brand-new House and Disco Thursday night at XOYO and looking for an Event Manager to take full ownership of the night from concept to execution.

You will be responsible for building, delivering, and growing the night week by week, with full oversight across social content, marketing, ticketing, and on-the-ground delivery.

You’ll lead the entire lifecycle of the event, from planning and promotion through to show execution and post-event reporting alongside the help of your direct report.

Key Responsibilities

Event Ownership & Delivery

Own and deliver the Thursday night end-to-end, every week - be the face of this brand new night at XOYO
Social Media and Content lead for the new night.
Delivering engaging content across social platforms and keeping this consistent via a social media schedule
Managing content and media via a marketing plan
Act as the on-site lead during events, ensuring smooth execution across all areas
Maintain a strong, music-first, party-focused atmosphere aligned with XOYO standards
Maintaining social media presence by uploading 3 pieces of content per week and two media related content per week

Operations & Venue Management

Oversee event operations
Manage staffing for door scanning and guestlist
Act as key liaison between DJ and venue team

Ticketing & Performance

Adjust strategy with marketing manager
Own website listings and ensure all event information is accurate and optimised

Marketing & Promotion

Lead and execute the full marketing rollout for the night and build-up of the event before launch.
Manage stories and all UGC content centered around the night, on the night.
Manage and grow a dedicated Instagram and social presence
Ensure all content aligns with XOYO’s tone and brand, while still being separate
Work with media (photographers/videographers) to deliver consistent content output

Partnerships & Growth

Continuously bring fresh ideas to evolve and grow the night

Reporting

Provide weekly reporting on ticket sales, spend, performance, and insights
Feed back learnings and recommendations for improvement

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on with social media and content
Eagerness to do UGC content and take the lead as social media marketer and manager.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, hungry to bring their own night to life every Thursday
Strong understanding of nightlife audiences
Strong interest in electronic music, particularly genres of house, tech house and disco
Confident leading teams and owning high-pressure live environments
Hands-on with social media and content
Highly organised

Most importantly:

A genuine love for nightlife and electronic music
Someone who understands what makes a great party

Pay: Up to £500.00 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC2A 4AP
