Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spa Therapist specializing in massage therapy to join our wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will help create a rejuvenating environment, ensuring each guest leaves feeling refreshed and valued. Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other modalities
Assess clients’ physical conditions and discuss treatment goals to customize therapy sessions effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
Provide professional advice on post-treatment care and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate
Ensure accurate documentation of treatments administered and client preferences for future reference
Assist with client consultations, booking appointments, and managing schedules efficiently
Uphold the highest standards of customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries promptly

Skills

Proven experience as a massage therapist with relevant certifications or licenses
Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain treatment procedures effectively
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and ensure a positive guest experience
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa treatments and hygiene standards
