Location: Livingston - EH54 8AS

Role:

At Bobby's, we're one of the UK's leading direct-to-store snack suppliers, delivering a £95 million range of sweets, cakes and savoury snacks to convenience stores across the country. Every day, our iconic vans head out loaded with the nation's favourite treats, making sure shelves stay full and snack emergencies are avoided.

Of course, none of that happens by magic (although our depot teams do perform miracles before most people have had their first coffee), it's all thanks to our amazing warehouse colleagues behind the scenes who organise, help and coordinate the stock both into the depot and out onto the vans each day.

We're growing, and business is going, well ... pretty crackers, so we're looking for another brilliant person to join our Warehouse team in Scotland.

Around here, there are no corporate robots or endless meetings that could've been an email. Just good people, plenty of laughs, lots of teamwork and a shared mission to keep Britain's corner shops and snack cupboards topped up.

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team based at our Scotland depot in Livingston.

Your typical working day will include:

Loading vans so they are ready to go out to visit our customers
Taking delivery of stock; checking it is correct and highlighting any discrepancies
On a daily basis picking of products from the warehouse
Ensuring we maintain accurate stock control – including conducting daily stock counts
Operating a forklift truck (with the correct qualification)
Carrying out Health and Safety requirements and maintaining general cleanliness within the warehouse
Manual handling duties
Using a computerised stock system

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for people who have some previous warehouse experience; ideally with a forklift truck qualification. You will also need to be comfortable moving and lifting products and have a driving license.

You'll be a team player, a hard and honest worker who will go the extra mile to make sure the job is completed to the highest standard.
