Production Operative - Rodley, Leeds, LS13 1NP

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am 2:30pm

Pay: Starting from £12.80 per hour + paid overtime + annual bonus + regular pay reviews linked to your skills and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Production Operative, you'll work alongside an experienced team manufacturing high-quality timber buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins.

Your role will include:

Building and assembling timber products using hand tools and production machinery.
Operating equipment such as nail guns, saws and other woodworking tools.
Following production plans and quality standards to ensure every product leaves the factory right first time.
Working safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
Handling materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
Supporting your team to deliver outstanding products every day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly or woodworking is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided.
