PRINT OPERATOR / LARGE FORMAT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Join a Dynamic and Professional Large-Format Print Production Team
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist to join our growing production team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-format print production. Experience with dye-sublimation printing would be advantageous, although it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where quality, efficiency, teamwork, and technical expertise are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a range of large-format printing equipment, including Mimaki, Colorado, Arizona, and Epson printers (training provided where required).
Produce high-quality print output across a variety of materials and substrates.
Manage daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Carry out quality control checks throughout all stages of production to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Work closely with the production team and communicate any issues promptly to management to minimise downtime.
Maintain an efficient workflow while ensuring production accuracy and consistency.
Conduct final inspections and quality assurance checks on completed projects before dispatch.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care of production equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Monitor stock levels of production materials and report inventory requirements as needed.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience within a large-format print production environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production setting.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with quality checking, finishing, and collation of completed work.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience with dye-sublimation printing.
Knowledge of colour management and print production workflows.
Experience operating multiple large-format print systems.
