About Us
RTC Plant Services LTD is a growing and ambitious company specialising in the repair, servicing, and sales of construction and agricultural machinery. With a strong reputation for reliability and quality, we support a wide range of customers across multiple sectors. As our workload continues to increase, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated engineer.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Service Engineer to join our team. The role will involve working on a variety of construction and agricultural machinery, both in our workshop and on-site. You will be responsible for responding to breakdowns, carrying out diagnostics, and completing routine servicing and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a range of plant and agricultural equipment
Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine maintenance and servicing
Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Provide excellent customer service on-site

Requirements

Experience working on construction and/or agricultural machinery
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and reliable work ethic
