Full job description

Overview
We are a friendly, well established local firm of accountants seeking an organised part-time administrative assistance to join our team. This role is key to the growth of the firm and ensuring a smooth day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
Management of partner and staff meetings including making appointments
Issuing sales invoices to clients using Xero
Managing internal credit control processes including chasing outstanding debts
Ensure the office supplies are stocked and reorder items as necessary
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assisting with internal ad hoc projects to improve business efficiencies

Qualifications

Proven experience in credit control is essential
Previous administrative experience
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £19,500.00 per year
