Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative operations, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth workflow from the comfort of your home. Duties

Manage and organize digital files, emails, and correspondence to ensure easy access and retrieval
Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual events with precision and professionalism

Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to support team projects and administrative needs
Maintain office supplies inventory virtually by coordinating procurement processes as needed
Support billing, invoicing, and record-keeping activities through clerical tasks to streamline administrative workflows

Requirements

Prior experience working in an office environment or administrative role preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, scheduling, and correspondence management
Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills for professional interactions
Experience with data entry, office software tools, and basic bookkeeping is a plus
