We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team at Jerome Testttt. As a leading company in the industry, we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance and improve efficiency
Monitor and analyze business trends, making strategic recommendations to management for cost-saving and profit-optimizing opportunities
Manage and support the professional growth of the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Oversee and prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct regular audits to ensure all financial records are accurate and in accordance with GAAP
Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and experience in financial reporting and analysis
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
