SIA Door Supervisor – Distinctive Bars | Kent

Thirty years on, we've grown into a multi-venue, multi-service operation delivering unforgettable nights across Kent. But one thing hasn't changed: we're still family-owned and we still put our people at the heart of everything we do. Every member of our team matters here and you'll feel that from day one.

The Role

We're looking for experienced, professional Door Supervisors for regular evening shifts throughout the week. You'll be a key part of what makes our venues safe, welcoming, and brilliant — for our guests and your colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering outstanding guest service , always friendly, always professional

Keeping our guests and staff safe across our venues

Working closely with the Head Doorman to ensure smooth, well-run evenings

Handling conflict and difficult situations with confidence and calm

Carrying out body and bag searches when required

Representing Distinctive Bars with exceptional appearance and timekeeping

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and licensing laws

What We're Looking For

A current, valid SIA Door Supervisor badge — essential

Experience in a similar door or security role

A calm, confident, and professional manner

Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly

A team player who understands that great security means great hospitality too
