Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations and drive supply chain excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services to ensure seamless operations across the organization. Your expertise will help optimize supplier relationships, manage inventory levels, and implement innovative procurement strategies that support our growth and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to our company's success through effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize costs and quality.
Manage end-to-end purchasing processes using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or other enterprise resource planning tools.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
Collaborate closely with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules, transportation, and inventory management.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and foster strong supplier relationships for continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and building strategic supplier partnerships.
Deep understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
