Patient Sales Team Leader (Sales Executive / Patient Advisor)

Hammersmith, London · £35,000 – £50,000 (negotiable) plus excellent uncapped commission · Full-time, permanent

We generate the patient enquiries. We need someone who converts them — and who can build the team that does the same.

Dental by Design is a growing group of premium private dental clinics. We invest heavily in marketing and receive a high volume of quality inbound patient enquiries every month. We're looking for the person who turns those enquiries into booked consultations and treatment.

Is this you?

You're already converting inbound enquiries into high-value treatment or sales decisions, and you can tell us your numbers.

You might currently work in:

Laser eye or refractive surgery
Cosmetic or plastic surgery
Hair restoration or hair transplant
Aesthetics, skin or injectables
Private rehab or addiction admissions
Fertility, weight loss or private healthcare
Premium or private dental

Or in any premium consumer sales role where people take time over a significant, personal purchase.

You do not need dental experience. The price point and the customer mindset are much the same as what you sell now, and we'll train the clinical side. What we can't train is the ability to build trust quickly and close.

What you'll do

Convert inbound patient enquiries into booked consultations and treatment
Build rapport quickly with patients considering significant treatment
Handle objections and follow up properly until a decision is reached
Beat conversion targets and keep accurate CRM records
Coach and develop the sales team as it grows around you

About the leadership side

The title says Team Leader, but this is a player-manager role. You'll carry your own target and set the standard first, then build and lead the team as we open new clinics.

You don't need to have managed before. We're looking for someone others will want to learn from, and we'll support you into it. There's a genuine route into multi-site sales leadership as the group expands.

What we need

A measurable track record of converting inbound enquiries into appointments or sales
Consultative selling — influence and objection handling without pressure
Strong telephone ability, which is where most of this is won or lost
Ambition, resilience and commercial awareness
Excellent spoken and written English

If your background is practice management or treatment coordination, we'd still like to hear from you — but we need to see the treatment you have personally converted, not just managed.

What we offer

£35,000 – £50,000 basic salary, negotiable for the right person, plus excellent uncapped commission
A clear route into multi-site sales leadership
Relocation support for outstanding candidates moving to London
Full training and ongoing support
Full-time, permanent, office-based in Hammersmith
Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays worked and a day off in lieu. As the team grows, the Saturday requirement reduces
